maybe the area, that´s really strange because in Torrevieja, it´s been given the cleanest air and beaches for past many years and no on has a cold, literally, no one...
the hospitals are amazing, all clean and hygienic, with no one waiting around and when a friend caught an infection on his hip, he was assigned a room, you couldn´t go in or out without changing into quarantine clothing and masks, he was out & about 3 days later
