Which words trigger & limited the monetization to youtube videos?

Hey guys if their are any youtubers here and can help me solve this problem I would be so greatly appreciative. I have a channel with 42.3k subscribers. Some of my videos hit 1 million views, most of them hit in the hundred of thousands of views. What I have been noticing when I upload is most of my videos automatically get the limited option and demonetize until I send a manual for review challenge. Then couples hours later they will put it back to normal. When this happens I am loosing all the money that could be first generated from when most of the views come in. I understand youtube has a software that will detect what they feel might be violated which will limited the videos until you send in for a review but it's becoming a pain and taking from my cpm. What I have been noticing and believe is the title maybe one of the areas they scan through looking for certain keywords to set the limited problem. But this last video I uploaded I made sure to make sure every single word is family friendly. Does anyone here know exactly what to pay attention to when uploading to avoid that limited problem? Is it description, title, and thumbnail that is scanned through? Any pointer would really be helpful. I finally got my youtube flowing, got approved to monetize the videos, receive a cpm of $6 per thousand views which I heard is pretty decent. I just want to learn why my videos keep becoming limited when I try to monitor what I write in the title. Thank you
