Nope. Seems you are drunk right now. In the USA it's $0.49 per liter (
$1.873 per gallon is average for all the states). In Russia it's $0.63 (
46+ rubles) per liter. Ok, not twice right now, because ruble falls down, but still, the US gas is much cheaper. At least
33% cheaper. I believe you've studied math in the school.
And once again: Russia sells oil to the EU and China. The States buy it from Saudis etc.
