$0.98 is just 25 cents per liter. Can you compare such prices with the Russian ones which grow up every day? I also gave you a link to the graphic of Russian gas prices. If you find a point of a price drop for the last 5 years, you will win the challenge (FYI: we pay for it in rubles). Show me any (just ANY) Russian gas station that sells it for less than 60 cents for a liter. Just any station and anywhere across the country.
