That friggin’ test isn’t fun. I thought the swab would be a cotton swab. Nuh uh. A hard plastic stick goes up deep (as a nurse told me it reaches your brain!) and swishes around each nostril. It doesn’t hurt but is uncomfortable. Your eyes water quickly.
Results in one-to-three days and I had the test yesterday. No phone call today so maybe tomorrow. If not then Monday for sure.
Another four residents of my town are infected. They’re from the other side of the town near a city with a high infection rate.
I won’t drink disinfectant no matter who high up tells me to!
