I can't believe you still use CCBill. You realize that your join forms give every customer the incentive to either pick the plan that doesn't rebill or pick the cheaper plan and cancel right away right? Also, CCBill emails customers each month on their rebill which in itself is a rebill killer. Also, that $39.95 cross sale, don't think your affiliates would be all that happy about that one.
