no they don't. or maybe they do work, but only in laboratory environment. normal life is not like this.
Unless you want to repeat it every 6-12 months, which makes sense for you? more harm than the actual illness.
same with sars-cov-2, or even worse. it already has few strains, plus it is more difficult to make vaccine for corona-type viruses. nobody did it actually before...
best tip for everyone is to stay strong, be healthy, have good immune system, but guess what - that last one is not build by sitting in home for few months like a retard.
