vitamin c, while this doesnīt prevent COVID19, thereīs nothing wrong with keeping your body in good health anyway and it has been proven to help gain the immune system after viruses, therefore, itīs not going to be bad for you to keep your vitamin c up...

the age thing, nah, just because statistically the majority of deaths are over 65, these people could have been sightly ill anyway. Age or size, this thing kills!
