So how can you protect yourself?

- keep your vitamin D3 blood levels above 30ng/ml
- keep your fasting blood sugar between 75-85. This used to be the standard, until it was changed due to an ever increasing sick population.
- be under 65yo (lol) or keep your senescent cells low be regularly fasting (for example don't eat for 12 hours every day from 8pm until 8am)

Follow this advice and you will be asymptomatic.
