A brothel, as usually. Putin is sitting in his bunker and says that he don't give a fuck. He says that the local governments must act like they want. The Moscow mayor has decided to make digital passes for people. He is a clinical idiot (that's a proven fact), so the thousands of people were infected in the subway, staying in lines. Other mayors and governors simply lock people up in the hospitals with the medical personnel (yes, they lock them up too with the infected people).
I can't tell you a whole picture about the situation in Russia, because it doesn't exist. We have 89 states (federation subjects) and as Putin said:
each for himself - because the old psycho doesn't care (the clown always do that if something bad happens). It's a real circus in Russia now.
