Summer has come, which means it is time to change! That’s why today we want to tell you about the big update for Trackwill. With it we added anti-fraud filters to our tracker, in particular:
- Data centers and proxy filters (based on ip2location info);
- Black- and whitelists IP per path.
And now — here are some details on each of them.
Data centers and proxy filters
Now you can easily redirect unwanted traffic just indicating it in campaign settings (look for example on the first picture).
User Agent — you can set up a full User-Agent or only part of it in the Conversions section of the tracker. You can find out more useful information on the info bases and its content on ip2location.com .
For example:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/81.0.4044.92 Safari/537.36
Or
AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/81.0.4044.92 Safari/537.36
Or
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_4)
Proxy — now you can separate data-centers traffic or one that is believed to be VPN in advance. For example — look at the second picture. More about these bases you can learn on ip2location.com.
Black-/whitelists IP per Path
It works similar to the last point principle. But there is one difference — if you already have a “wanna or not wanna work with” IP-list, you can add it to the specific target in paths in the format:
- Separate IP. Example 82.196.6.10
- Network in CIDR-notation. Example 82.196.6.0/24
- IP Range. Example 82.196.6.20-82.196.6.150
For example you can look at the third picture.
We tried to make these update notes as short as possible, but still informative: we appreciate your time!
You can easily maximize your conversions and keep track of your traffic with Trackwill. We are waiting for you on Trackwill.com.
