I'm sorry, but Rusian technology has never compared to technology in the Western world. Telling us that you have a vaccine that you created from scratch and throughly tested tells us everything we need to know... It's impossible, by Western standards, to do this.
This vaccine that Russia has created has only been tested in 76 people.... Meaning... It hasn't been tested at all.
