Yes and no.
If he were to become incapacitated before the election the Republicans would vote to offer up another candidate. But that candidate wouldn't be able to be put on the ballot due to time constraints to printing new ballots. And many states have deadlines to do so.
In states that allow it, voters could write in the new Republican candidate. In states where Trump won, the electoral college could cast their votes for the new candidate. Some states sanction those who cast votes for somebody other than the winner. But it's like $1000 fine and I'm sure the RNC will pay them. This can also happen even if Trump wins and then dies after the election.
However, if the RNC offers more than one candidate, nobody gets enough votes. More the House votes on the top three winners with each state getting one vote.
