The #1 problem with Covid is ASYMPTOMATIC people ("I feel fine!") spreading it without knowing it. If you feel sick it's pretty obvious how to act, etc. But what if you feel fine?

I would argue that there is no such as asymptomatic people at all. There are people with not enough virus in them to make them sick. The PCR tests amplify more and more each cycle. The CDC raised the recommended number of cycles recently.
IMHO This is a big reason why people are starting to have covid a "second time" - because they didn't have it the first time.
