That's pretty much exactly how I would sit, if I wanted to take a shit in a car in public.
Legs nice and wide, one foot raised up for leverage and one foot on the ground so you could really push hard. Plus, nice light colored clothing which would visually display the poo soaked crotch, so as those who were unlucky enough to be so far away as to be unable to smell it, could still enjoy the spectacle.
