I did that
My traffic is SEO Tier1, using adult dating smartlinks as popunders as additional monetization.
Because networks counts EPC in different ways, I calculated all them by dividing earnings by raw hits:
Earnings per 1 raw hit:
Crakrevenue - 0.0025
Conversion Sharks - 0.0029
Adverten - 0.0036
LosPollos - 0.0115
