As for the comment about the TOS, every site needs to be able to remove content in their sole discretion. You will find similar language in every TOS. It would be ridiculous for a site not to retain that ability when they allow UGC.

IF they "truly are an ally" You should have advice them to use a TOS that present that image as well.
Right now the TOS is a generic statement that more or less say
"you can post anything you like, until we tell you otherwise, but we cant give you any specific pointers, since that would limit our lateral movement as a legal entity in case shit hits the fan, or we get a big partner that is more important than you"
That kind of TOS is to help
your client - not the affiliates
So lets see some written statement to back your claim of them being "truly an ally"
