Someone just pointed me to this thread. There’s nothing wrong with companies that get wholesale infrastructure from us and layer their own support services on top. I obviously extend prices to such clients that would never be available to the public. Having said all of that, I will reach out to your host and see if they can escalate their response. If you need anything further message me directly on Skype or something - GFY is not a support forum for any web host.
