Here we go with the name calling again.

Some private transport companies have rules. But transportation is also regulated federally. For example they can't make a rule that allows only people who were born in January to fly. That is not up to the private company and so they can't do whatever they want. They have to abide by government regulation too.

All US citizens have the right to travel and to board a plane with reasonable limitations (can't be aggressive on board etc.) You cannot be denied boarding for being a woman for example and so if the airline makes that rule then the female passenger can take them to court where they would lose and have to change that rule. She has the right to fly.

So if the government says people need to be vaccinated in order to fly then I would argue they are violating the rights of US citizens by taking away one right (flying) unless the citizen is vaccinated which should be a choice.
