Honestly, with so much free porn out there why anyone pays for a membership is beyond me.... unless you are a fan of one particular actor/tress.
Once you get your site issues worked out. Make some teasers and put them up on all the porn tube sites. And I mean teasers.... no money shots or anything too graphic, make them pay for the good stuff.
