This is so authentically ancient (down to using perl) I became convinced they'd just copied a site from the internet stone age.
Took me a while, checking all porn sites starting from A, but I finally found the site where it comes from:

I love modern sites that have simple, nostalgic retro feel, but I think admire this even more. Why reinvent the wheel?
