ETH is becoming even more centralized than it already is. This is not a good thing for the future of ETH, it is becoming more like traditional financial systems, centralized is a bad thing. This can speed things up, but it also becomes controllable by central forces like governments or a handful of humans, rather than a protocol like Bitcoin.
