Finally. Complaining in public seems to be the only way to get customer service from you. I requested this tool for month via email and never got a reply, why is it a problem to simply write "Dear customer, thanks for your inquiry. We intend to make this tool available until end of this year, you then can simply download it in your account. Thanks for your patience." ?!
Stop justifying yourself in public and better get some lessons in customer relationship management to avoid such situations all together from the scratch.
