I see this type of question and same shitty answers for almost a decade, yet I see that there are more and more tube sites from day to day.
Of course you can succeed with a tube site. First, add at least 2000 videos with unique titles, tags and later descriptions. Then, start with link exchange. Add videos to tube sites, sponsor's videos which allow this method. Use pin sites, adult social medias like Reddit and Twitter to increase traffic. After six months, you'll see some results for sure.
