Filter that traffic through to a mainstream site where you can link them to an affiliate program like Amazon or BN and send them to eBooks that are priced at $2 or less, they'll buy if you can hit the right niche for them.
Maybe a hookup type eBook or sexual health title (Sexual Stamina, Sexual Enhancement Techniques, Breast Enhancement Methods, How to Hookup, etc).
I was looking through our Google Play sales stats a few months ago and suprisingly there were sales made in India to several of our 'cheaper' ebook offerings in the categories above as well as on several types of cookbook titles (Chicken, Lamb, Fish & Vegetarian/Vegan).
