personally a new domain, but nothing wrong with using a blog from your website, you could go blog.blablabla.com or blablabla.com/blog
youŽll have to wait for some seo guys to come online and let you know best, i know one way is better than the other, it catches more links and seo, i think the /blog, so another page rather than another sub domain...
using another name is probably best tbh though
