If it was me, I would not be wasting time trying to make money with YouTube adverts, but find a sponsor or sponsors and you do the advert on your own films on youtube.
I suspect youtube adverts are not affective, as most people skip them, and they tend to be rubbish.
Of course if your vids get a million views (per vid), then your probably best to get money from youtube adverts, and just keep pumping out vids as often as you can.
One problem is those who do such as youtube vids are burning out. They need to do a vid or more a day. And the moment they take a few days break, people can move away and they loose income.
