Obama's Operation Choke Point was the main reason there was bonus financial discrimination the last time this was news. Would not really be surprising if the Biden administration brought it back. Remember that a key aspect of Choke Point was that, in an attempt to combat money laundering for terrorists, banks could not tell victims of this discrimination that Choke Point was the reason.
