using card directly works fine.
I know most webcam programs process Paypal payments through epoch.
Epoch acting up from time to time might explain why I see these sudden weird drops in spending across all programs starting and ending at the same time without change in traffic.
btw I have used these same cards and epoch without problem on chaturbate/cambuilder/acwm before to test
