A British-Japanese talent management agency is looking for a Social Media Chatter. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in such a role, fantastic interpersonal skills and drive to achieve exceptional results.

This is an entry-level role into our organisation - individuals that prove themselves competent will qualify for fast career advancement within the role and beyond.

Responsibilities:
Be able to chat with fans authentically
Engage subscribers emotionally on a daily basis
Chat in a way that is consistent and calibrated to the account and subscriber

Requirements:
Native level, or very fluent English
0-2 years of experience in similar roles
Hardworking and honest
A deep understanding of human psychology is highly desirable
Laptop/Computer and a fast internet connection
