I think it's about time CB inserts a little script on signup, that when someone makes an account and fills in his card/banknumber or so, that the script checks if it is alrdy on another account, and then move it to the existing account or say that it's already in use. This wil save a lot of work for CB and us.
When i want to make an account for instance on Google with my registered mailadres i also get a warning that it's alrdy in use.
