work work work & enjoy every moment, when it gets hard or "burning out", as you put it, take some time to relax, whether a beer in a bar or chilling out down a river, the beach, in a field, somewhere peaceful & collect yourself...
then, when returning to your work, positive, think how youŽll do the job & get into it, your work flows & your product sells
