Right legal setup to operate an adult site in the US
Hi all,

who could advise on the right legal setup to operate an adult site in the US?

Tips on incorporation, banking and payment processing would be welcome.

Re payment processing, my 1st idea was to try to work with CCbill but I have the feeling that they try to distance themselves from the adult business?
