Yeah but what a time consuming headache for both affiliate AND CB support to have to check stats every month and see who you lost and then hope that if they were stolen CB will acknowledge that and then credit them back to you, and then hope they are not stolen again.
And then repeat every quarter or time period etc, (BTW that's IF you can get your spender back).
I'm not saying you don't have valid points Bill, you definitely do. But something's going on for a whole lot of affiliates since last Summer/Fall and maybe talking about it in this thread will expose the problem, that may be CB's fault or may be the affiliate's fault, or maybe it's just economic conditions etc. (i.e. nobodies).
