It wasn't a rogue designer, the fact that the dev had set up to use the live jasmin affiliate site and then he added the models from there, then onto the landing page.
So the models wasn't anything to do with this other guy at all, but live jasmin, so no the content wasnt stolen, it was linking them back to the live jasmin affiliate site we have set up, until the our sites been developed, but im sure its you that wants to know this information.
