The only thing I can say, it's warm here (+40C is a standard temperature for every single day during the summer and something like +10C at Christmas), always sunny and a waaaaaay cheaper than in Moscow. Palms are better than sad birches. It's totally visa-free for me and no restrictions on the time of stay
