I frequently come across help-wanted ads here which don't include any details at all.
I'm guessing that many, like myself, don't bother applying because there's only a small chance of a 'fit', in other words we'd likely be wasting our time and the advertiser's time.
I suggest that those requiring developers provide at least a few details, for example languages/technologies involved, scope of work, field of work, pay rate.
Otherwise, it's like trying to sell your house without providing a description, photos, or price: few people will waste their time chasing after the details!
