My neighbor is moving and unloading extras so she gave me hers. I have always been curious about them but I have so many kitchen gadgets as is that I did not see a reason to buy one.

Now that I have one, what should I make?

I typically eat a very keto like diet, so I am mainly looking for nonbreaded meats. And maybe vegetables?
