Stable Video Diffusion (SVD) which is not a site, but software you can download and run on your own PC (non-video Stable Diffusion is what AI porn sites have been using for the past year or so), but some people are skeptical (of the creator of the video) and think they may have used some other AI, either instead of or alongside SVD.

Since it's new and very popular there are long delays at certain times.
If you use the image above you won't get results like the one above, but even with the limited presets on that site you'll probably get some non-ridiculous movement.
