Well let's forensically examine the evidence, shall we. This anonymous, mysterious, unknown phantom:
a. Had actually heard of "Fanvue"
b. Bothered to create an account on Fanview (I can't even be bothered to type it)
c. Said they only use Fanview

Aside from the hands (none), face, boobs and every other symmetrical pixel, you can tell it's fake by the same blurred street/background that every AI model is slapped on.
Just as ChatGPT can't emulate humans because it uses polite, intelligible sentences and doesn't make every conversation about Trump, AIs can't do believable photos of humans because they're trained on Unsplash, where people use DSLRs, tripods and low f-stop values, rather than reality, where people use cracked-screen Huaweis with the camera setting "got most of your head in, that'll do".
