What do you want me to say? The only thing I can say is that I disagree. I think Canada is fantastic and I love living here and being a Canadian.

The only thing that bothers me is the rise of the far-right in Alberta, and the rediculous trucker convoy in Ottawa a couple of years ago. What an embarrassment.

Good, because I don't have any.

I'm more of a science zealot, though, I am also a pacifist so you won't get much extreme action from me that goes beyond discussing things with a fellow Canadian like yourself.

I am not ignore legitimate concerns about the direction of the Canada, but Canada is rarely mentioned here on GFY. Did I ignore you and your concerns in this thread? No. I stated a difference in opinion, and I agreed with yours. Disagreeing with you is not turning a blind eye.

I don't feel like we are living in a dystopia at all. Take a walk in any of Canada's national parks for example. The pristine natural beauty of Canada, from its majestic mountains to its serene lakes, offers a utopian backdrop for a life filled with peace, adventure, and a deep connection with nature. Canada is the farthest thing from a dystopia that I can imagine.

That should be easy. What were you doing before? When did you stop and why? And what needs to happen to get you back on track?

Well buddy, that is freaking terrible. I am sure they both appreciated you for the time you generously provided to them. That was very kind of you. Will do do it again for someone else in the future?
And if that is what is nagging you, then maybe what you are afraid of is simple "the future". I don't like to think about that kind of thing much either, but then I realize, "Do I want to waste my time thinking about that stuff? Hell no..".
