I think you're probably not getting many bites at this, because the offer doesn't make sense. Assuming your sites are doing well, 50% is alot of money.
Instead of looking for a partner, why not find a way to optimize your work instead?
Try to a way to cut your time taking care of these sites down to 50%, while making the same amount of money. This way, you are making 100% more for time you spend, and you have 50% more time to work on other projects, all without the high cost and potential high risk.
