I hope you all understand that the DNA testing done in 2023 indeed proved she was a child back when the issues/drama first came to light.
2023 -> current age 22 years old
2010 --> her original adoption paperwork suggested that she was 7 years old.
The difference between 2023 and 2010 is 13 years.
The documentary claims that she would of been approximately 9 years of age, back in 2010, while the the adoption paperwork claimed she was 7. Either the DNA testing or the actual DOB is off by a couple of years.
Either way, she was a kid. Crazy, unstable, violent ... who knows. But she was a kid.
