Same frustration. You just have to move on.
Unfortunately this commission structure seems to be the norm now.
I think Xcamspower offer lifetime 3% referral commissions.
Amateur.cash offer 5% lifetime.
Some reps here might offer lifetime if you're sending volume.
If you're recruiting a lot of models maybe consider becoming a studio.
