I had problems to verify my account. Because it wouldn't accept my ugly face, the photos were blurry. But the ID was fine.
So I did try to repeat the process several times and gave up.
Sent them a mail about it but did never hear back from them.
Now, several months later they sent me ~8 wire-transfers. This was just a couple of days ago.
