I think I got that email before the official release because I've got the same content as a reply to my ticket.

I've noticed that I can't load money on my card in the previous days. I thought it was some bug. But when I needed it seriously, I tried the mobile and desktop versions and both attempts were unsuccessful.

I've contacted them and got that plus a few more polite answers, quickly.

To me, they said it is a problem with a bank issuing cards and my region. Where are you guys located? It seems it is global.

I didn't get an explanation of what was really going on considering there were no problems since I am using their service.

Also, support said that cards probably won't be available anymore. So what's the purpose of their service then?

Paxum is going to love all this.
