Great advice!! But the "expensive" part comes in when you have spent that $300 budget, or even $20 a day, and do not get a good ROI. So then you tweak, try again, tweak...suddenly you have spent thousands trying to find that 6pm-midnight spot where you actually convert and make sales.

That is the danger I have experienced. But others are probably better at narrowing in on scalable results.
