Yeah, the rich and powerful can basically move through social circles and recruit anyone they want, and I'm pretty sure everyone around them knew, but who wants to be the person to speak up and ruin your own life in the process?

This was just one of several people that tried to recruit young women and men that I knew in my circle of friends, and the only one that I know of that got caught. It was 100% open and people knew about it, but being the person that rocked the boat would end your career by being blacklisted. You'd never set foot on a set again in B.C. film.
Pretty sure a bunch of people who worked in film locally knew what Allison was up to...
