Not really surprised -
our problem is the people who write these laws are not webmasters.
WE have to re-code and retool.
And what if a web surfer lies - what are you to do as a webmaster ?
'cause they are in!
The Future: I see them requiring us to ask our users for an ID.
And if they do that ....
