The complete lack of proactive information from Paxum when there's a major issue impacting customers pisses me off. I had 2 EFTs mysteriously rejected, before I came on here and found another thread which explained why.
The EFT transfer option still shows now, even though it can't possibly work.
By the way, has anyone noticed that the Paxum app will pop up authentication for a website login without needing to enter the PIN?
By the way #2, nice to see you here Ruth, can you please respond to the email I sent in December 2023, and that I've poked you about a few more times over the past 6 months, without response?
